2. Processing of personal data
2.1. Definitions
Personal data – any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter “data subject”), i.e. name, address, IP address or email address. Personal data does not include information that is not directly associated with your real identity (such as favourite websites or the number of users of a site).
Processing – any operation performed on personal data, that includes but not limited to collecting, recording, organizing, structuring, storing, altering, consulting, using, publishing, combining, erasing, and destroying data.
Anonymization of data – the processing of personal data in such a way that the data can no longer be attributed to a specific data subject without the use of additional information, as long as such additional information is kept separately and subject to technical and organizational measures to ensure non-attribution to an identified or identifiable individual (art. 4(3b) GDPR)
2.2. Processed data categories
We are processing the following categories of data:
- Data necessary for providing our services to you, particularly for the operation of our platform. By processing this data, we ensure constant improving of our platform and our services in order to enhance your experience on our website. Your data could be passed to third parties, i.e. partner sites, subcontractors, etc., to the extent necessary in each individual case and according to the applicable laws.
- Data collected from the exchange between your device and our server. This data is used for but not limited to website optimization and displaying advertising in the browser of your device. This could include personal data.
2.3. Processing principles
We process data in an anonymized form for purely statistical purposes. This data is used to optimize our online services.
2.4. Processing purposes and lawful basis
Under this section you will find all the categories of data we process, why we process it and what the legal basis for processing are.
2.4.1 Visiting our website
Upon accessing our website, your browser automatically exchanges information with our servers and temporarily stores the data in a log file. We do not have influence on this process. The data is stored for the period of the respective session and it is automatically deleted when you close the browser.

- the website from which access was made (referrer URL),
- date and time of access,
- your own campaign ID,
- the browser you are using and, if applicable, the operating system of your internet-enabled computer, as well as the name of your access provider.
Legal basis for and purposes of processing the abovementioned data:
We process your IP address in accordance with Article 6, Paragraph 1, lit.f of the GDPR, to:
- ensure a smooth connection setup,
- ensure our website is convenient to use,
- evaluate the system’s security and stability, as well as
- for further administrative purposes.
2.4.2 Online presence and website optimization: use of cookies and plugins
Our website uses plugins (so-called addons) and cookies. Plugins are software components that add specific features to an existing computer program. Cookies are files that are automatically created by your browser and stored on your device.
Plugins and cookies do not cause any damage to the device you are using. They also do not contain any viruses, Trojans or other malware.
You can manage your cookies by configuring your browser. You can prevent your browser from storing cookies on your computer or you can set notifications to inform you about the setup of a new cookie. However, we would like to warn you that complete deactivation of cookies could lead to reduced functionality of our website or limited access to all the functions of it.
- Contact Form 7
Information about the tool:
Rock Lobster, LLC., a Japan-based company developed several WordPress plugins including Contact Form 7. Contact Form 7 is used as a plugin to manage contact form submissions. The information processed by this tool is stored in the database of their hosting server for backup and later reference purposes.

We process the data in accordance with Article 6, Paragraph 1, lit.f of the GDPR to improve our website and to enhance the experience of our users.
- GeoIP Detection
Information about the tool:
GeoIP Detection is another WordPress plugin. It is used to provide geographic information detected by an IP address using the Maxmind Database.

The following data is being processed:
- the IP address of the requesting Internet-enabled device.
Legal basis and purposes of processing the abovementioned data:
We process the data in accordance with Article 6, Paragraph 1, lit.f of the GDPR to improve our website and to provide you with the better and more engaging services. We would like to cater your needs and interest when you visit our website.
3. Categories of recipients
As a general approach, we do not transfer your data to recipients based outside of the European Union or the European Economic Area. The exceptions are described under the section 2.4 of this Policy. The processing referred to in 2.4 results in data transfer to the servers of the provider of web analysis technology commissioned by us (see above).
Data transfer to recipients outside of the EU and EEA is conducted strictly based on the principles of so-called Privacy Shield and on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission. You can request a copy of these standard contractual clauses from us.
4. Retention periods
We delete or block personal information if the retention of it is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we collected or otherwise processed your personal information and no statutory retention obligations under applicable law (such as tax or commercial law) require us to further retain personal data. We might also store the data when there is a need for the conclusion of a contract or fulfilment of a contract.

6. Security
We use generally accepted and secure standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer). SSL is a security technology that encrypts the data exchange between a website and a browser.
